Experience

Working experience in the oil/gas industry, measurement and quality control, Mr. Dung has the ability to consult extensively for many operating models, corporate governance as well as project management. Together with experts from Japan, Spain and New Zealand, every 8-10 years, they participate in formulating the Human Resource Development for Vietnam’s Electricity Industry. Training BOS thinking from low to high for managers in various industries, to innovate and create in business. Safety Culture was built by Hung Viet according to the international practices for Vietnam Airlines.

  • Dr. Dang Duc Dung is the founder of Hung Viet Technology & Investment Trading JSC. Since its founding, he has shown his passion for the development of the training sector, and has expanded his business into technology development and investment promotion.

  • The company has successfully completed many projects for multilateral and bilateral development funding organizations such as WB, ADB and AFD, KFW, JICA in the fields of education, training, and industrial development. His extensive network has enabled Hung Viet to engage in comprehensive training and consulting services, from Bac Viet precision technology to Vietnam Airlines’ strategic management and safety culture development; from EVN human resource strategy and capacity framework to Vietnam’s first green technology agricultural vocational school.

During more than 25 years, Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung has held the following positions: Purchasing specialist, Project manager and Deputy Chief Consultant for projects in the field of Vocational Education worth tens of millions of Euros funded by ADB, NDF, AFD, WB and KFW such as: VTP 2008, VTP 2011, Green TVET, etc… He started working. at Hung Viet since 2001 in the following positions: Consultant, project manager, project director and chief consultant.
