Within the framework of the vocational education and training project, technology transfer consultancy aims to train technical teachers for 4 vocational schools: HCMC University of Industry, Dong Nai Vocational College, Hai Phong Vocational College and Mechanical Vocational College No. 1. The schools are provided with teaching equipment by AFD, including: electrical machinery, mechanics, refrigeration, electronics, petrochemicals, construction.

Research on the needs of schools for technology transfer of electrical and construction equipment funded by AFD.
Set up machines to determine the number of courses based on each school’s equipment list and training needs.

Support PEA/PIA in developing implementation plan and bidding plan to select suppliers and contractors.
Assist PEA/PIA in preparing equipment list for procurement using FC funds, including specifications and cost estimates.
Support PEA/PIA in completing legal procedures and approvals as required by law and regulations during implementation, as well as procedures and documents at the end of the project.
Assist in planning and designing new buildings according to VCMI’s updated master plan.
Coordinate closely with the component implemented by GIZ.
Support in preparing tender documents for all equipment and construction works funded by FC.
Support during bid evaluation and contract signing.
