Job description

Role

• Partner with clients to implement organizational, safety, and operational transformation programs.
• Coordinate with the expert team to ensure project schedule, quality, and results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track progress, and manage project risks.
• Coordinate internal and partner resources during implementation.
• Prepare periodic reports and project documents, and support workshops with clients.
• Ensure compliance with Hung Viet's methodology and quality standards.

Requirements

• A university degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or organizational consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as required by the project.
• Preference for candidates with a PMP / Agile certificate or experience in manufacturing, aviation, or energy.
