AmBank successfully organized the BATMAN Program in Vietnam

AmBank - one of the leading banks from Malaysia, successfully organized a Study Tour named "BATMAN" in Hanoi over 03 days from 27 to 29/09/2023.

The program was held with the participation of staff at all levels and the bank's management personnelAmBank, with many visits and working sessions alongside leading enterprises in Vietnam.

BATMAN Program(abbreviation of"Being A Talented MANager program") was established for the purpose of training officers and personnel in stages, so that they can lead themselves, lead others, and lead the enterprise / lead change, through bootcamp-style training periods and a knowledge matrix aimed at growth, connection, experience, and learning.

Within this training program, AmBank's managers will have the opportunity to visit and learn about many socio-economic fields in Vietnam, specifically as follows:

• An overview of the culture, history, politics, and economy of Vietnam - one of the countries with the most impressive growth in Southeast Asia and in the world,
• The development of banking and of financial institutions: digital transformation in the industry, and in particular the industry’s achievements in enhancing the customer experience. The success of Digital Banking platforms — alliances between banks and electronic-payment platforms / FinTech that deliver instant payment capability and meet every customer need (credit, investment, and consumption). This contributes to forming a cashless economy in Vietnam (Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam - BIDV, BIDV Digital Banking - Digital Banking,National Payment Corporation of Vietnam - Napas, ...),
• The development of new smart urban areas, of real estate serving business, commerce, and entertainment, and of environmentally friendly transport systems. High-quality education to international standards, international and domestic universities, and leading healthcare, creating a healthy financial cycle and promoting sustainable economic development (complexVinhomes Ocean Park & VinUniversity, Ecopark & British University Vietnam (BUV), shopping centerAEON Mall, ...),

At each study-visit site, AmBank managers will be introduced by the partners, who will share their experience and knowledge.

Co-designed byLeaderonomics(Malaysia) andHung Viet Consulting(Hung Viet Consulting), the BATMAN program takes AmBank managers to visit partners in Vietnam over 3 days to learn and study.

Through the program, AmBank's managers gained a deeper view of the Vietnamese market, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing enterprises at home and abroad.

BATMAN Programachieved great success thanks to close coordination betweenAmBank, Leaderonomics, Hanoi Young Business Association (HYBA), Star ConsultingandHung Viet Consulting. The success of the program helped strengthen the cooperative relationship between AmBank and its partners in Vietnam.
