Developing education and vocational training projects | A core line of business of Hung Viet Consulting

With a history of 20 years of operation and growth, one of Hung Viet’s core fields is the development of vocational education and training projects, the modernization of universities and vocational colleges for governments, and consulting on the implementation of the Green TVET school model.

In addition, Hung Viet actively promotes links and cooperation between education and training institutions and industry. Work continues to be advanced, and education projects are carried out, such as:

• Foster relationships and linkages with international institutions in order to take part in providing consulting services and education and training cooperation in Vietnam.
• Conduct institutional capacity assessments and strategic analysis (SWOT) for businesses across multiple sectors;
• Organize delegations and thematic workshops on the development of science, education, and technology, and organize study-visit delegations at home and abroad;
• Develop the concept and the master plan;
• Advise on introducing and applying modern business solutions and business management in science and technology, education, and training in Vietnam;
• Promote linkages and cooperation between education and training institutions and industry; consult on and support the development of industrial, energy, and environmental projects
• Support the preparation of proposals – financial and technical proposals for the project; advise and assist in arranging loan capital (other than ODA) for investment projects through the donors JBIC and DANIDA, with a focus on Energy investment.
• Coordinate and organize on-site technical survey teams, including logistics support activities;
• Advise on the development of new-energy projects under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).
• Prepare strategic business proposals and solutions in marketing, finance, and engineering during project development as well as at the implementation stage.
• Education project management includes bidding and procurement management processes, professional capacity development, and management of project performance evaluation;
• Plan recruitment, compensation, and expert development for national consultants, including senior experts.
